DDIM ( Ding Ding Integrated Marketing Service Co. ) is an associate company of Far Eastern Group from which was derived from Strategy Integration Center of the Group. It is the first company to dismantle the boundaries within current bonus points loyalty systems, providing cross-industrial and cross-stores bonus points services in terms of dinning, clothing, household living and travelling, etc. Through multi-customer service channels, i.e., branch stores, call centers and web-site services, DDIM is capable of integrating current scattering marketing activities and customer services provided by individual merchant and providing customer an intelligent, magnificent and happy shopping experience. To fulfill its dream, DDIM officially launched its Happy Go joint bonus points program in January 2005, which enables DDIM to become the first domestic pioneer of cross-industrial bonus point's service provider.

Far Eastern Group wishes to provide those customers with a most comprehensive and thoughtful bonus reward plan, therefore established Ding Ding Integrated Marketing service Co. ( DDIM ) in October 2004. Its major mission is to apply the integrated marketing business model of unlimited bonus point exchange to drive Group's bonus reward services.
The major shareholders of DDIM are Yuan Ding company, SOGO, FEDS, FET and Sparq; the president is Douglas Hsu, he is also the president of Far Eastern Group; and COO is Jin-lin Liang, the former V ice President of FET.
The core business areas of DDIM cover the promotion of the customer bonus points platform and its operations, contracted merchants recruiting, database maintenance and marketing, and joint promotion / exchange operations of preferential products.
The DDIM has five major departments which responsible for different functions: Marketing and Communication, Merchant Management, Product and Business Operation, Solution Management and Customer Management. Five departments are all well operated under the supervision of experienced talent from industry, to improve the business operations, product development, and marketing activities.
