What is a Happy Go Card?
Happy Go Card is a joint card integrating industries for diet, clothing, accommodation, transportation, education and entertainment and could be used to accumulate points no matter whether you purchase with cash, credit card or vouchers. Besides accumulating points, cardholders can also exchange items directly from each designated stores, enjoy price offset with points, purchase extra items with points and can enjoy shopping discounts.
Is there any fee or annual fee needed when applying for a Happy Go Card?
The aim of Happy Go Card is for members to enjoy the discounts and pleasure of shopping without burdens. Therefore, its application is free of charge and does not require any fees.
When can I receive my card after application?
After applying with APP, users can immediately obtain the virtual card number of their Happy Go Card. You can then enjoy shopping discounts and feedbacks from accumulated points right away.
When can I start using it after application?
You can enjoy shopping discounts and feedbacks from accumulated points right after you have successfully received your Happy Go Card with the virtual card number.
Mobile Phone Version of Happy Go Card
Can all contracted stores use the mobile phone barcode of a Happy Go Card?
If cardholders wish to use the mobile phone version of the Happy Go Card, they would need to visit designated stores that could use the mobile phone version barcode of the Happy Go Card, including, Far Eastern Department Stores, Far Eastern SOGO, A Mart, The Mall, Family Mart, Vieshow Cinemas, Kingstone Bookstores, Car Quality, AutoWay, WELLCARE Health Care Supply, Yuan Fu Restaurant, and Mega 50. (Big City only provides point accumulating service and does not provide point exchanging service)
Do I need to report the loss of my card when I lose my mobile phone?
Yes. If you lose your mobile phone, please contact customer service center (02-77166888) immediately to carry out mobile card version/card number suspension service in case your mobile phone version barcode/card number will be used by others.
Can I re-apply for a Happy Go Card mobile phone barcode when I have suspended my service?
Yes. Cardholders just have to delete the original APP and download the APP again to receive a new mobile phone version barcode/card number.
Can I cancel my service if I do not want to use Happy Go Card mobile phone version barcode anymore?
Cardholders just have to delete the APP if they do not want to use the mobile phone version of the Happy Go Card anymore. However, the card number of the barcode will still remain in the cardholder’s account, If cardholders want to terminate the function of this given card number, just call customer service center ((02)7716-6888) and the online customer service will help them suspend the service of that given card.
Accumulate Points
How do I accumulate Happy Go points? Are all contracted stores the same?
Cardholders can accumulate points by presenting their Happy Go Card barcode when purchasing. Cardholders can accumulate 1 point for every NT$100 of purchase at most stores in principle. There will be a slight difference at some contracted stores (such as Family Mart). Cardholders can ask each contracted store. Cardholders can also inquire for related information through the website of the Happy Go Card or its customer service hotline.
What purchase at contracted stores can be used to accumulate Happy Go points?
Point accumulating service is available at tens-of-thousands of contracted stores throughout Taiwan, including Far Eastern Department Stores, Far Eastern SOGO, A Mart, The Mall, Big City, Family Mart, Kingstone Bookstores, Kingstone Online Bookstore, Toys “R” US, Vieshow Cinemas, FriDay Online Shopping and others. How is the expiry date of Happy Go points calculated?
The expiry date of the cardholder’s accumulated points will be by the end of next year. For example, accumulated points between Jan. 1 and Dec. 31, 2019 will expire on Dec. 31, 2020.
Will points be given back if I return the goods I bought?
Yes. As long as the cardholder’s account has sufficient points. If the account does not have sufficient points, the cardholder has to make up the fees for insufficient points (NT$0.4 per point).
Point Exchange
When can I use my accumulate Happy Go points?
In principle, most payments at physical stores will be recorded on the cardholder’s account within 48 hours. At most channels, 4 points can be used to offset NT$1. However, please refer to the actual notice for offset ratio. Cardholders can use their points as soon as they are recorded in their account.
What are the ways to use the Happy Go points?
According to the different discounts provided by current contracted stores, cardholders can use Happy Go points in the following ways:
1. Points can be directly used to exchange for goods or services. No extra charge is needed for cardholders to exchange bonus goods via FriDay Online Shopping (https://shopping.friday.tw/) or at certain contracted stores.
2. Buy goods with additional purchase fare. For certain discount goods, cardholders can purchase by paying partially and using points partially in order to purchase items they desire with a discounted price.
3. Points offset payment. Cardholders can use valid points and directly use them to offset a certain amount of payment or receive exclusive shopping discount.
4. Service upgrade. According to the plans provided by different stores, cardholders can upgrade the items they have bought or exchange for items with better spec by directing using their points or paying partially and using points partially.
Where can I use the D Points that were automatically transferred into Happy Go Points?

What is the procedure for exchanging items?
Cardholders can exchange items by presenting their Happy Go Card to contracted stores throughout Taiwan after confirming their identity.
Why can’t my Happy Go Points be used?
Points may not be used due to the following reasons:
1. Insufficient points in the account.
2. Invalid card.
3. That contracted store does not support the mobile phone version of the Happy Go Card.
Why did I receive a Point Deduction Notification Letter?
After the cardholder has used their points, a Point Exchange Notification will be send (including the date of usage and time of usage) to the registered e-mail address.
Why did my points disappeared? Is there a trade detail for inquiries?
If maybe because cardholders have used points or their points have expired recently. You can inquire for details at the “My Account” page of D Point APP and Happy Go website.
Point Transfer
How can I transfer my points?
Cardholders can register at D Point APP and login to the Happy Go page. Then select Point Transfer service to transfer points.
How many D Points can be transferred into 1 Happy Go Point?
Every 5 D Points can be transferred into 1 Happy Go Point.
I have already transferred my points. When will it be valid?
If you transferred Happy Go Points into D Points, the points will be updated immediately. However, if you transferred D Points into Happy Go Points, it will take XX workdays to be valid.
How will the expiry date be calculated after transferring D Points into Happy Go Points?
For points transferred into Happy Go Points, they will be valid until Dec. 31 of the following year since the points have been recorded on their account.
Can I cancel my application after I have successfully applied for points transferring and before the transaction was valid?
Points transferring cannot be cancelled once it has been applied. Please make sure in advance before application.
Why were my points cannot successfully be transferred?
Points transferring may not be valid due to the following reasons:
1. Insufficient points in the account.
2. Invalid card.
Can I transfer Happy Go Points to other users?
Through customer service hotline voice service, customer service staff and the official website of the Happy Go Card, cardholders can transfer their Happy Go Points to other Happy Go members. DDIM will be charged 5 points as a service fee for each transaction!

What are the risks of losing my Happy Go Card?
If cardholders did not report their loss in time, points may be used by other people. Cardholders will have to bear all responsibilities before reporting their lost card.. Therefore, we suggest cardholders to carry it safely.
How can I check the Happy Go Points I have now?
If a cardholder needs to look up their Happy Go Points, they can go to the Happy Go page at D Point APP and select transferring Happy Go into D Points to look up the Happy Go Points they have now.
